Our unique Herbs of the Cape Olive Oil has a herbaceous taste. Our olives are harvested from a small farm high up in the beautiful Wellington mountains to create our renowned Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This premium olive oil is infused with Origanum, rosemary, sage, basil and thyme harvested from the same farm. These herbs help the oil take on the typical character of the soil of the Western Cape mountains - in the same way that grapes when converted to fine wine reflect the character of the land upon which they are grown on. This oil pairs well with any favorite meal, chicken, fish and vegetables.
