Refund policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. As Bags of Bites offers consumable products, we are unable to offer a money back guarantee. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your delivery with images of the damaged goods and we will endeavour to find an agreeable solution to the problem. 

We take no responsibility for goods which have been affected by exposure to excessive heat or have been damaged after delivery or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. In the instance your parcel must be returned to our offices, all products must be shipped in their original condition and in its original packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer and we recommend that you return the product via courier to us. Bags of Bites will not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure them.
